Covered by Insurance
Our in-network plan is available to members with eligible insurance that can be billed for video visits. Members will incur insurance-related costs, such as copays and deductibles.
For financial viability, this plan mandates a minimum of ten video visits a year and requires that most contact be via video visits. There is minimal contact via phone or text. Patients must be in-state for visits, and physicians must disclose all visit notes and diagnoses to insurers.
Out-of-Pocket
$200/month
Our $200/month out-of-pocket membership is available to all non-Medicare patients. It covers all visit costs with no extra copays or insurance deductibles.
This flexible plan allows unlimited contact via phone and texting and geographically unrestricted video visits with no minimums. Privacy is enhanced as visit notes and diagnoses are not shared with insurers. For financial viability, an annual fifteen visit maximum applies.
